We are different from the vast majority of the trucking companies. We pride ourselves on having the best equipment on the road. We also have our own, very experienced, maintenance department. Proof of this is our Vehicle CSA score, which currently sits at 2%. So, 1% of the trucking companies in the USA have fewer out of service violations because of equipment than we do.

Another big difference is we are honest. We will not tell you what you want to hear to get you to work for us. It is hard work, and you will run more miles than you will at most other companies. This hard work is how we are able to get our drivers home for at least 1.5-2 days every week and still be able to pay them around $80,000 in the first year. We expect a lot from our drivers, but we give a lot in return! Typically, drivers who are the best fit at Schulz are people who are reliable, good communicators, and have a sense of humor.
